At Marshall Machinery our goal is to deliver expert application and productivity improvements to our customers. We accomplish this by partnering our customers with the suppliers of precision manufacturing equipment we represent such as Empire Abrasive Equipment, whose demo lab is shown in the picture on the right. Profitable results delivered quickly and professionally are always the outcomes we seek.
Our customers receive expert technical application assistance on their plant floor when they need it. We work with customers as a team member to make sure they get the best production equipment for their job. Our customers reduce the inherent risk of changing processes by relying upon our ability to match the best equipment to their needs.
Maureen Marshall Weidner founded Marshall Machinery in 1998. Offices are in San Clemente with a staff to provide sales, service, marketing and administrative services. As the principal sales representative, Ms. Weidner brings over 20 years of industrial experience to clients and principals. Prior to forming Marshall Machinery, Maureen held a variety of industrial sales and management positions with equipment manufacturers.
Ms. Weidner comments, “Since our motto is “We Help You Manufacture Success™”, we seek long-term relationships that help our customers increase profits by improving their manufacturing processes. Our manufacturing customers receive productivity-enhancing service and the equipment they need to compete. Our principals get expert local representation including marketing and service programs. Our relationship network extends to many geographic areas so service can be delivered locally even if we cannot be on site every time.”
For principals Marshall Machinery provides proactive field sales and service, direct phone solicitations, creative marketing campaigns, and product promotion at trade events. We add a thorough knowledge of the industries, equipment, applications, and customers. Marshall Machinery maintains a balanced offering of complimentary lines of equipment that help maximize sales results for all principals.
